Our Insights Discovery workshop supports people to understand themselves and each other better. It gives individuals and teams a shared, practical framework from which to recognise strengths, improve productivity and reduce friction.
All our workshops are facilitated by our licenced practitioner, Samantha Mullins. She brings Insights Discovery to life with her energy, clarity and leadership expertise.
Sam's academic and industry background means she can directly connect the discussions on the day to your organisational context, culture and performance. She genuinely cares about people reaching their potential and this quickly leads to her developing an environment of trust and openness in her workshops.

A simple, accessible four colour model reflecting different characteristics. Our personal combination of all four colour energies reflects our natural way to be.
Every individual receives a personalised report with an general overview of their style, communication preferences key strengths & weaknesses and their value to the team
Discovery Day Workshop
The Insights Discovery workshop is impactful as a standalone session and is a great activity for a fun and interactive team away day. It can also be integrated into a wider programme.
Once you have a shared understanding of Insights Discovery at a team level, you can expand the learning with workshops on team effectiveness, leadership and change.
Getting Started
Participants are sent a link to a short online evaluator which takes 20 mins to complete. This will be used to produce their own Insights Discovery Personal Profile.
The fun and interactive workshops support participants to understand their profile and what it means for them and others.
