Modern Slavery Act Statement

Latitude HR is committed to operating ethically, responsibly and in full alignment with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We do not currently employ staff, operate a supply chain involving labour, or deliver services that present a heightened risk of modern slavery or human trafficking. However, we recognise our responsibility to ensure that all aspects of our business reflect high standards of integrity, fairness and respect for human rights.

Business Structure

Latitude HR is an independent consultancy providing leadership development, organisational change support, coaching, facilitation and HR advisory services. We work directly with clients and do not subcontract work or engage workers through agencies.

Commitment to Preventing Modern Slavery

Although the nature of our business means the risk of modern slavery is low, I am committed to:

  • Maintaining a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking and exploitation.
  • Ensuring that any suppliers or service providers I use (e.g., digital platforms, venues,      professional partners) demonstrate ethical, legal and responsible business      practices.
  • Embedding values of fairness, dignity and respect in all client work, including      leadership development, culture change and people‑related consultancy.
  • Remaining alert to potential risks in professional contexts and taking appropriate      action if concerns arise.

Due Diligence and Ethical Standards

To uphold responsible practice, I apply proportionate due diligence measures, including:

  • Using reputable suppliers with clear ethical and compliance standards.
  • Reviewing publicly available information about suppliers where relevant.
  • Avoiding any business relationships that present concerns regarding labour exploitation      or unethical practice.
  • Ensuring that our own working practices are transparent, fair and compliant with UK legislation.

Policies and Governance

Latitude HR operates with a values‑led approach supported by clear policies, including:

  • Equality and Diversity Statement
  • Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Procedures
  • Modern Slavery Act Statement
  • Safeguarding Policy

These policies reinforce our commitment to safe, respectful and lawful practice.

Reporting Concerns

If any concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical labour practices arise in the course of our work we will

  • Raise the issue with the relevant organisation or supplier.
  • Escalate concerns to appropriate authorities where necessary.
  • Cease working with any supplier or partner who fails to meet ethical or legal standards.
